Terms & Conditions for Domestic Installations

  1. Equipment remains the property of Northwest Airconditioning until paid for in full by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or cash on the day of completion of work.

  2. The siting of indoor and outdoor equipment and the routing of Pipework, cables and drain will be discussed with the client prior to work commencing. Any subsequent changes may incur additional costs.

  3. Planning consents, landlords permissions or Any third party consents or permissions are the responsibility of the client.

  4. The workspace is to be clear of furniture, valuables and any breakable items prior to work commencing.

  5. Disposal of packaging materials and waste is the responsibility of the client.

  6. To maintain the warranty on equipment an annual inspection visit is required at a cost to be agreed prior to installation.

  7. Equipment supplied and installed by Northwest Airconditioning can only be inspected or maintained by ourselves or by our nominated contractor. Work done by any other company or individual invalidates the warranty.

  8. Northwest Airconditioning requires that all parties (spouses, civil partners, relevant family members etc) are in agreement with the specifications of the air-conditioning installation as alterations or modifications of any kind will be charged at 25% of the price of the total installation once equipment is unpackaged.

  9. WiFi control of your air conditioner. Where applicable the separate WiFi adaptor will be installed by Northwest Airconditioning. In all cases the configuration of the system to WiFi enabled control is the responsibility of the client.

  10. The law of England and Wales applies.
